A PropTech company from Boston wanted to bring together scattered building services and manual access processes. The existing app offered too little functionality and was cumbersome to use.
Solution
Mobile use with the existing infrastructure
SoftTeco developed native iOS and Android applications. They connect access, elevators, parking and room booking with administrative functions.
Integrations instead of isolated solutions
A backend with REST APIs and a middleware layer connect existing access control systems and smart lock SDKs. Permission management, bookings and further services are organized in one shared system.
