Challenge
ICLEGEND MICRO develops high-performance chips for wireless technologies, including millimeter-wave sensing and mobile and satellite communications. Its R&D engineers, however, had never received systematic training in technical writing. The company wanted to use its own existing documents as the basis for establishing fundamental technical-writing rules and standards internally.

Sigma Technology designed a customized two-day training program. Complex concepts and rules were explained through practical, real-life examples, supported by hands-on exercises and group discussions to deepen understanding. Actual issues drawn from ICLEGEND MICRO’s own sample documentation served as the exercise material, letting participants work through real cases directly.
