The anonymized MSP has provided technology infrastructure and managed services to organizations across multiple sectors for more than 25 years. Its relationship with Franklin Fitch began in the UK, where the recruitment firm had previously helped make interviews more efficient.
A subsequent engagement with a large British bank required 13 network engineers. Candidates needed F5 expertise together with additional Cisco ACI experience to support multicloud security and application delivery. This specialist combination called for sourcing beyond the usual talent networks. The staffing assignment was intended to support the MSP’s delivery of the banking project and reinforce its customer relationship.

International sourcing and technical screening
Franklin Fitch’s contract-solutions team expanded sourcing to candidates in Poland and Croatia. Technical screening assessed suitability against the specific requirements before qualified profiles were put forward for customer review.
The recruiter worked directly with delivery leaders and the back-office team. Feedback included in the PDF praises the profiles submitted and the selection process. It also describes support for three contractors moving from a previous customer assignment into the banking engagement.

Results
The project account records 14 submitted profiles, eleven interviews and eleven hires within the first 50 days. This covered a substantial part of the requirement for 13 engineers.
The recruitment work supported staffing for the MSP’s banking engagement. Feedback from the Head of Delivery particularly recognizes candidate selection and coordination of transitions between customer assignments.
