Challenge

An existing iOS prototype was unstable. Dropped connections and disrupted data synchronization impaired communication with the IoT devices.

Solution

Bringing device, cloud and app together

SoftTeco developed a Flutter application for iOS and Android. WebSocket communication, Bluetooth and a cloud connection support messaging and device synchronization.

Information tied to the situation

The app offers location display, geofencing, voice messages with transcription and SOS alerts. Device status and family chats were added. The interface was reworked and the application was published in the app stores.
